The same procedure as every year, Mr Biden!

For the 45th time the political leaders of the world are holding their annual meeting - Munich Security Conference (MSC) - in Germany from 6th to 8th February 2009. On Saturday 7th February a large demonstration was held in Munich in which about 5000 people from different walks of life took part. Below are photographs of this event.

"NATO goes Baden-Baden" is a pun, as the next NATO summit is going to be held in the German city of Baden-Baden in April 2009, while in German slang "baden" means "to drown".

Deutsche Meisterschaften Taekwondo

Am Samstag (31.01.2009) fanden die Deutschen Meisterschaften der Senioren in Taekwondo (DEM) in Ingolstadt (Bayern) statt. Im Bereich Technik fanden zeitgleich die Internationalen Deutschen Meisterschaften (IDM) statt.
