Groningen, Netherlands where the Noorderlicht Photofestival 2009 was held with the theme of "Human Conditions".
A visitor watchs the Exhibition "Point of No Return", which contains news agency photographs from the Gaza War in December 2008 and January 2009 which where gathered together by the Magnum photographer Stuart Franklin. This Exhibition was followed by a conflict between the Exhibition's curator and the Associated Press (AP), for the AP has forced Noorderlicht to remove Stuart Franklin's editorial.
